Clutch Master Cylinder.

Mornin all!
New boy here so be gentle with me.. Wink
Got a 2013 freelander that i am TRYING to change the clutch master cylinder on. Been following a workshop manual & have got as far as trying to get the foot vent out so i can get at the pedalbox nuts.
Anyone got any ideas or is it just a case of ripping it out & hope it isnt to badly damaged to get it back in?
Many thanks in advance all!

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Orkney Grey

Not that it helps, but I've had all the bits of my clutch replaced recently, including the pedal, at an Indy garage. One of the mechanics said it was a pig of a job with a lot of twisting and knuckle scraping so doesn't sound easy .. even for a mechanic
