Caliber bolts

Brake caliper mounting plate to wheel knuckle bolts ,do you have replace with new .?

Best practice would say use new bolts but in real life very few people are likely to do that. Using the old bolts with a dab of loctite on the threads would be what most people would do if they had the caliper unbolted.

I would definitely chance them as they are a 'torque-down' bolt and as such would slightly stretch the bolt thread. (not to be mixed up with cylinder head stretch bolts, which are totally disposal....... should never be reused).

Safety ....... at what cost ??
