I'm sorry I'm new I do not know how this forum works but maybe someone will help. Unfortunately, my differential was scattered. This is freelander 2 from 2009 s td4.e. I changed all bearings and I have a problem with this seal. |

It’s all there in the search area. Tools have had to be made by some very clever members in the past. Member Mr Rover ( something like that).

When you are an established member you can us PMs tag to ask a question of another member. If you can see what he created its over to you to copy it then unless MrRover pops up with more information. Its difficult to do without the tool as the insertion depth has to be perfect or you will get a weep from the tell-tale hole in the side of the diff. Before I removed my old one I noted the exact depth and inserted the new one back to that depth. If you read the 'my diff repair' thread by Mrrover 75 there was more on this subject in the past week or so. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

Ok I understand but everyone who repaired the differential in freelander 2 knows this dimension. Please specify the dimensions of the tool or the depth of the seal |
