That’s one smart looking can . I tend to go through Jerry cans every couple of years as I keep them externally, and the mild steel ones won’t do many Pennine winters . I like the look of the that can for a number of reasons , it even appears to have an “ anti glug” valve on the back . I know Stainless 200 litre drums were many times the cost of standard mild steel ones when I was working , so £80 doesn’t seem too bad a multiple for the can . You can get a stainless steel pouring spout but it seems it is only available for a standard metal can as it is the 2 lug overcentre catch type. The stainless steel can comes with a plastic spout although the threaded part that screws onto the can is stainless. |

10 litre tanks are large enough for me lifting up or down off the roof. Someone carried 475 litres in the outback & had a 175 litre plastic tank on the ute tray with a nozzle & pump.
