Webasto not starting. Lockout?

Hi.
New to this forum, but not to LR's in general.

Just bought a 07 Freelander 2.2. It's factory fitted with a webasto heater that is supposed to start up automatically in cold weather. Mine does not start when I start the engine in sub-zero temperatures. I have not got myself a OBD reader that takes webasto-codes, so I wonder if there exist a "manual" way of unlocking/resetting the Webasto? (I suspect the webasto to be in a lockout-mode)
I have tried to pull the fuse while engine running, then restart with no luck of starting the Webasto.

That was a lot of interesting reading.. however, I did not find a described method to reset the Webasto. I have ordered unlock-codes to my Hawkeye for the freelander. I know the Hawkeye are able to get my D3 webasto starting after a lockout.
