Calendar query

Hi Mr Moderator/site owner/top dude/our leader/the big chief (is that a good enough start Whistle )

I was wondering if there would be any chance of us sorting a calendar for 2010, like the Disco3 one.

Not sure how many you'd need to sell, in order for this to be viable, and if we could manage enough.

Just a thought, as I'd a like nice calendar on my wall Thumbs Up

I've already got the Grey FL, so I'd best go buy a van for the back, then I'd definately get in it

If you want a calender then we need to start taking high quality photos of our beloved Fl2's

Previously i have started a photo completion's and martin has said in the thread that if we get 14 good enough quality photos he could do something

The rule I set out where (and added to)

    1) Photos of Freelander 2 only
    2) Photo can be any size (although ideally greater than 5 Megapixels for high quality printing if you wish to)
    3) 1 Photo only per member (you can post more if you wish however please highlight the entry photo - if you dont highlight this I will just select your first pic submitted)
    4) All photos to be uploaded to the Freel2 galleries (just to make sure any remote images dont disappear in a few months time)
    5) Photos must be taken by you (it doesn't have to be your FL2, but the pic must have been taken by you)
    6) Commenting and critiquing the photos is highly encouraged.
    7) Photochopping/editting is also fine
8.) NO EDITING TO ADD TEXT OR PICTURES

Good idea though as it would generate site funds with the calender and we all have a homemade calender too Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Can we not spread that out a little, and allow say 3 per person, then giving either yourself, or us chance to pick the best ones for the calendar. People may well have a good selection, and could pick 3, but cutting it down to just 1 we may miss a good pick for the calendar.

Just a thought

Rich

thats basically what i meant, you could lodge as many photos, but only 1 (or 2) can be selected to go through to the draw, the others could be backups

No probs, sounds good

Will you start a new calendar thread, or do we just post them on here?

Thanks

if we could get a enough pictures then that might be possible, but the cost of extra photos could make a calender more expensive Crying or Very sad Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
