Often vibration is caused by uneven brake pad material transfer rather than warped disks. This in turn may be due to disk corrosion, disk wear causing a lip or poor bedding-in of the brake pads.

Before you do anything else it may be worth attempting a bedding-in procedure. There are various methods recommended but all essentially heat up the disk slowly, then get them really really hot and then let then cool slowly without stopping completely (very important part). The aim being to transfer a smooth uniform layer of pad material to the disk.

Ive done this on all my new disks and pads over the last decade (since I found about it this) and never had a problem with brake noise/vibration etc. Ive also cured noise/vibration on other peoples cars by "bedding-in" the pads.
