I’m afraid the number plate doesn’t show up. Too much reflection off the plate in the headlights. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Get that all the time in Kent Doc,
strangely I see a number of European countries have a ban on dash cams
with quite heavy fines if caught using one, something to do with data and ID protection! Rolling Eyes

I noticed the dashboard reflections on your clip. Has your camera not got a polarised lens that can be rotated to get rid of reflections? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

No it doesn't have that. TBH I don't notice it (or didn't use to, thanks!), I'll have to look at some other clips to see if its present all the time, it may just be due to the light conditions. As its only on the bonnet, I think its ok though.

This bellend in a pick up truck decided to overtake us in ridiculous fog just outside Castleton, top side of Winnats Pass. We had just passed a couple of ramblers on the grass verge and this buffoon thinks it is perfectly safe to drive at those speeds in very thick fog Rolling Eyes Evil or Very Mad

^ That just shows you that 4WD is not the be all and end all that some 4x4 owners think it is. If he had winter tyres and maintained a safe appropriate speed, he’d have made that turn no problem.

The only issue I ever encountered in the FL2 was in the December of 2010 when I turned into a side street going downhill. I was running Goodyear Wranglers which were very good but as I turned in, the back end slid slightly. Fitted winter tyres ever since LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
