Independent garage in central Scotland

Hi, I'm looking for independent garage or good mechanic, who knows about Land Rovers something more than youtube/google/call-John-from-pub. My mechanic is very good, but in fixing german cars; seems a bit lost trying to find out what my Freddie is up to. And would be nice if I wouldn't have to sell my kidney to pay for service :]

Not all that local to you but I use White's Auto Services in Edinburgh. They're LR specialists. Work always very reasonably priced, quickly turned around and they don't push unnecessary repairs on you.

I had a friend who used that garage a few years ago on her mk1 Freelander, I can’t remember the ins and outs but .. let’s say she wouldn’t use them again. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

There’s 2 indy garages in Glasgow, I got a price for a service and they weren’t that much cheaper than the main dealer . I ended up at a main dear as I thought the £60 odd was worth the “stamp” on the service book. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Can vouch for Whites as well. Proper LR Indy. Mikey at MMP is also an LR Genius but is located in Dundee. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…
