Snow chains needed to fit Freelander2 - tyres 235/65r17
Konig or Thule size 247 seem to be the ones I need if anyone has a set.
Needed by early Feb for a trip to the Alps.

Size you're after seems a bit odd - i'd have thought 235/65/17 would be more what you needed?

No part number they are ex mill. Like new, Son number one (RM) thought I might need them.... I have my winter 17" wheels on ATM if you are interested I could try them on. Yes for sale.

Hi I’m interested, but have read the freelander has limited clearance making some chains not suitable. This is why I am looking to confirm part number. Understand this isn’t possible in this case. Don’t want to waste your time trying to fit them. Konig / Thule do slim chains which don’t foul the suspension, apparently.

Im replacing my front discs and pads tomorrow I will throw one on to check the clearance.

The main ring clears the front strut but as they are heavy duty where they join looks like it would touch sorry.

Shame.
