If I understand correctly you're basically replacing the standard head unit with a new one yes? If so, you're in a for a bit of pain. You'll need to buy a kit with various cables, converters, amp bypass cables etc and you may lose your sub in the boot. Think it's more than £200.

Here you go. Assuming your head unit is either the mid-line or premium (in other words it says Alpine somewhere, normally the front door speaker grilles), you need this:

Hi Matt, this is exactly what I’m looking for for my freelander2. I currently have a pioneer sph120 fitted with the incartech kit, so will be watching this thread with interest.
