For this mod only, you don't need anything else than the SDD software.
And the instructions are in the first post.

For the other mod, with autobox gear, battery voltage and so on, you need the modified files.
But those too can be found in the corresponding topic, on a Russian file sharing server. The link is somewhere on the 8th page of the topic.
