I bought my Ewok from one of their branches. I did ask about the 199 admin fee and was told it was precisely for that.... admin.
The finance I got through them didn't have admin charges or extra final payment that lots seem to charge these days and I was ok to pay the £199, particularly as the car was so cheap anyway.
