dont know the answer to that, but my last car I had a 32gb usb thingie, more than enough music, hardly heard the same track twice !

There is power available from the USB sockets otherwise you couldn't charge your phone or even power a USB stick. A 2.5 inch external drive in a proper enclosure usually works off normal USB power and if you have a spare SSD in there they take even less power. You might have an issue with a very large drives though as the FL2 might not recognise it. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

it seems to me that iam2.1 not support ntfs
