A few days ago I got the Terrain Response Not Available message appear. I switched the car off locked and then opened it. Oupon restart the message disappeared.

What’s now been happening is that the Terrain Response works fine however it does not illuminate on the centre console to state what mode I am in? Sometimes it does show you then distinguishes at times. (Terrain Response still works)

Appreciate there is a few threads on this but nothing like symptoms like mine. I have also disconnected the connector as shown in the video. But its still not sorted.

take it your just out of warranty ?

sounds more like a software issue than something like a haldex problem

is the software/electronics covered by extended warranty ?

either way I would be booking it in to LR asap... or calling out LR Assist as you get a better response in most cases

Could happen if your battery is getting on and not holding it's power.
Had this on the old D3, as the battery was aging it was especially noticeable in cold mornings. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
