2014 Freelander 2 SD4 SE Auto Firenze Red

Nilfisk Customer Service - excellent

I have a Nilfisk pressure washer - its nearly 2 years old and cost about £200. It has a wireless pressure control in the lance handle which has failed for some reason.

I emailed Nilfisk Customer Service explaining the issue. They replied within 24 hrs to say that they are sending a new lance head FOC.

Now that's customer service. Jules

Yes I’m impressed,I have a Nilfisk steam cleaner never needed to contact them but it’s good to know.
