Strange beeping souund on startup

When starting the car I get a strange beeping sound straight after the engine starts. It is 5 or 6 quick beeps Be then it stops? the engine runs fine, no fault indications of warnings. I just don't like unidentified beeping.
Any ideas

Clive If it ain't ***ked don't fix it

Are you parked too close to something and sensors are picking it up?
Hope you find out as hate unidentified noises Neutral If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Yes, if it was in reverse gear the parking sensors would sound.

Auto has to be in Park to enable start, so parking sensors would be disabled.

mines auto but sometimes the parking sensors go off when starting but only when it's been raining. Common sense isn't very common.

Possible fob battery not holding its charge and getting near the low limit?

I used to get a similar warning in my Freelander 1 when the CR2032 battery was on its last legs.

Easy job to replace the battery if you're handy with a soldering iron

Details on when I fixed the second fob here
