Fair chance its just oil in the air filter pipes thrown off the Turbo system. I would remove the air cleaner system and had a good look there first. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

No, he's right. The rocker cover tend to leak on some engines. For example, mine leaks on the last round connection from the right, with the cover. Although it's not such big leak, but it shows. |

So Alex if its a slight oil leak you have left it then ? If so, I think I probably would. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

During time I've come to conclusion that if it's only wet and don't form any drop of oil, then leave it alone. That is not a leak. |

If you trust the guy and he knows his stuff, I would let him do the necessary.

My rocker cover is now leaking as well. I will have it replaced next week, as my mechanic says Land Rover sent info to the dealers that the covers get warped in many cases, as with dru337. I.e. only changing the gasket will not solve the problem, but will only result in the leak continuing after some weeks or so.
