You may think twice about placing a deposit now on any new JLR vehicle. (also Honda Toyota ?)

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/cars/news/jaguar...spartanntp

...... although I believe JLR will ONLY build to customer order and not build 'Vanilla' versions for dealers.

.

I would rather buy a second hand car that's lived in sunny Cornwall than lived in wet, salty Scotland ? Shocked

Chicken!

We went and picked ours up at Peterborough yesterday, only took us 7 hours by train to get there, then again it was a first class travel deal and the deal worked out at less than half the second class price, nice in First, as much tea/coffee/cakes/sandwiches as you can stuff.....lovely wide leather seats, free newspaper (the Times of course Laughing )........

Took us exactly the same time to drive back in afternoon/evening traffic.......cars good, story coming soon.

The FL2 was a "northerner" also (Goole apparently)........won't know what's hit it down here, it's either "tide washing in rain" or "cornish mizzle" most of the time, at least we don't use salt on the roads, there is enough of that in the sea mist!

Which reminds me.....must clean the house windows again soon! Rolling with laughter Regards

David

Lovely i6 has now gone, but not me......

Please let me know if anything in my post offends you, as I may wish to offend you again......
