FL2 - Wiper/Washer/Indicatr Stalk Oddity...

I have looked online for this, seen a YouTube post - close to the issue.
So, yesterday - all good.
This morning - 5am - driving... If m indicator is in the REST position - it indicates RIGHT. If in UP position, it indicates RIGHT (correct, but no change), If DOWN, it just does nothing. Hence I cannot indicate LEFT.
Wiper stalk - The Rear Wiper is always ON. In ON and OFF (back and forward position). I can still PULL to wash and it does, but wipes continually.

WTF?

I know these are removable modules - cheap too - but BOTH going the same time/day?
Is there a reset - I tried locking the doors, taking key out, only turning ignition on - no engine.

Very odd.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

M.

Fixed.

So - update - I took out the part (easy)
Then took off the curciot board. (easy)
THere are 6x copper fingers/connectors and 6x corresponding copper 'runway' connections.
I cleaned them.
Then forced the fingers 'up' to make a 'firmer' contact.
Re-Assemble.

Bingo.

Smile
