Cheers guys, still enjoying it, I just need to figure out a way to convert the aux port to a USB port as I have a memory stick full of music. |

Easiest way and best bet is to get one of these and stream music from your device. http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic32241.html Enjoy the FL2 btw. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:- Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip, Bluetooth Music Streaming Module. |

I've seen those, they're meant to be good, my phone is so rubbish that it doesn't store music only ones on google play. I think I may had to get an Ipod touch or something to put into the aux. |

Steven I no longer have the car and although I have search both at home and on the internet I cannot find any clues. The USB socket was mounted in the roof of the glovebox, and had a LR leaflet explaining its use. I can only think it may have been an accessory. I think my XS was originally one of the first demonstators and had lots of extras to please the customers. I still have the USB stick, but I was disappointed with the installation as the XS would only play the music serially, and apart from 'skip' I had no control over selection. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011) FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015) Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History (Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?) |

Oh okay thank you that doesn't sound too good, it may be easier for me to just get an ipod then and just use an aux cable. |

I visited Bell engineering on Monday for a replacement PTU as I found out that my car was only running the front wheels when I had it on the ramp to find a rear bearing noise. And what fantastic service from Bell engineering, dropped it off 9 in the morning and it was done by 11.30. It's like a different car now, no torque steer, smoother drive...it always had a vibration through the car when accelerating...I put it down to driveshafts but the PTU is cured it. Also the noise has gone now from the rear so it must of all been linked in. Only issue now is I now know the haldex is starting to fail as it graunches from the rear on full right hand lock pulling away or parking. But I will be visiting Bell engineering again soon to get that rectified. |

It’s one of those words you may not find in a dictionary but you know exactly what it means. |
