Freelander chassis off to pastures new?

It looks like the Freelander / Evoque chassis is going to be reborn as the TATA Harrier.

Its just a pity they did not do some retro designing. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

Looks better than the hideous Volvo X40 that some on here are lusting after. The X40 looks more like a 1980s Ssangyong. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE

Volvo are beating LRs sales figures at the moment, new XC60 is out selling the DS. Must be doing something right. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Yeah but that doesn’t matter to most buyers. LR need to do more than trade on their off road abilities, LRs sales are falling Volvos are growing, says it all really. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Were the mud is thicker, and the ruts are deeper.
(And we have the water to wash it off, and more on the way..! )
