Wiper stalk..LH indicator and screen washers and full beam..

Today the fl2 has done some landrovery things.. when the wipers are on auto the left hand indicator is constantly flashing, move the wiper stalk to next click up and the washer jets constantly squirt.. then move to the panic mode on the wipers and the full beam comes on....
Where do I look to solve it ... please.
