My Marley garage let’s water in at the base , not a lot but a damp patch on the floor when it’s raining. Today I decided to refurb the exterior by get washing it .

I am not a builder by trade but done plenty of jobs with sealer and you get what you pay for so do not go too cheap. It needs to be a builders exterior quality as its not for sanitary sealing use. If used say to seal something on a car like the high level brake light on these it needs to be acid free to not damage paint finishes.

Ive used that screwfix sika, to fill in holes inthe other type in a grain store. Mice eat holes in it

As a civil engineering contractor, I can confirm that anything "SIKA" is the top professional quality, especially to do with concrete. Their sealants are used on bridges, sewage works, airport runways, factory floors, etc. Should be ok for a Freelander. |

If you read my post Paul I want to use it to stop water ingress on my Marley garage but unfortunately you can’t paint over the sika Do it now ! Your a long time dead !! |

Sikaflex 227 for the garage, Sikaflex 527 for the car: both paintable. |
