Hello folks, I have resolved all the issues with the infotainment system. Firstly, thanks to those who answered, it is almost impossible to repair the Meridian system, that I have from the horses mouth. They have been built all around the world, but not as a repair/service item. The amp I had in the car was not the one originally designed for it, the car is a very early 2013 model and a lot were then fitted with an upgrade and this is one. A new amp was sourced to match the upgrade and programmed by a dealer, and I now have cd/dvd player, Bluetooth, DAB radio full satnav along with the very good sound system so I am very happy!! Thanks to those who answered and sorry to those I apparently upset. Dave

Hi, thanks for your very helpful answer, I use about 7 different forums, for your information, and almost any question asked will get a reply, often to say I don't know but try this. I was directed from LRUK forums, ALWAYS found them helpful! If you look at the end of this section, you will find that I have apologised and/or thanked those who helped or were offended. PS LRUK admitted that Freelanders are not their thing, too complex, so suggested I look here.
