Autobox oil change

Hi again
I have searched the forums with relation to this but cannot find anybody who has removed the oil from the autobox filler hole with a plastic pipe and a 600ml syringe, anybody out there who has tried it??????

Why do you want to do it that way?
There is a drain plug for the autobox oil ....

Thanks Alex, I was getting confused with the different drive train units.

Have you had any experience with the Smith and Allen atf which is (according to their specs) conforming to JWS 3324 AW-1

My autobox, being from before MY2011, uses JWS3309.

I thought that JWS3324-AW1 was JWS3309 and better but it appears I am wrong..

The two are compatible and interchangeable, but JWS3324 is a little thinner. In the same time is synthetic, so, presumably, better.
