Due to stupidity and carelessness on my part, mishandling my briefcase in the car, I have chipped out a 4mm circle of leather from the passenger seat arm rest, exposing the blue foam underneath. Are there any quick, cheap and reasonable fixes for this?

I reckon it should be easy to remove the arm rest and drop it off at a leather specialist to be repaired/recovered. Your dealer should have a tame leather fitting guy. Or chips away could fill the hole?

Easiest & cheapest is perhaps just to switch & replace? I guess LR has lots of ready-made armrests in your colour of leather? Well, at least it is free just to ask them. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Automatic, Caspian Blue, Alpaca, Moon roof, Exclusive pack. |

I was thinking more along the lines of a ChipsAway-fill-the-hole solution. There must be some synthetic "leather" filler that can be used.. Chris |

Unfortunatly they are not real leather just imitation leather or PLASTIC if you prefer to hear that word, like the side panels of your leather seats
