Dreaded judder/hesitation

Hi all, had my freelander 2 metropolis for a few months now and it's been faultless however the last few weeks it's developed the judder that I'd heard about on here. I've read a code of P007A from it, cleared it and will see if it comes back as not sure if it's just an old code or related to the judder/hesitation. Some days it won't do it at all but this morning it's been quite bad.

Any suggestions?

It would be helpful if you stated what model year and mileage, what speed does the judder occur etc. This could be anything from a haldex problem to the dreaded 2011 hesitation issue. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto

28k miles SD4 Metropolis 64 plate, sometimes occurs setting off from the lights, sometimes accelerating when moving. Doesn't seem to be isolated to any particular driving scenario.

Have you any warranty with the Metro?
Could be worth getting any errors properly diagnosed, in such a low mileage car.
Is your trouble associated with the nice warm weather that we are having, as that used to bring on the autobox flaring on my 2011MY XS. Feels like a quick bit of clutch slip, and was common across lots of autos of the time. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

No I bought it cat d and repaired it, but it's been fine for a few months, certainly nothing to do with the minor bump it had previously. I'm not a stranger to mechanics but am a stranger to landrovers, I'm just looking for some advice as it's obviously something that's come up on here countless times. Since clearing the P007a this morning it's not come back.

What? All things considered it was fairly minor. Anyway all irrelevant to my question..! As I said the car has been fine for a while I've done about 3k in it since putting it back on the road. As this is something that I've seen mentioned before I thought someone might know what it was. I'll do a search for previous threads..

My 2011MY FL2 XS SD4 Autobox very occasionally had the problem of 'Flaring' in particularly warm days. It normally happened well into a journey when I had been drifting along on minor roads. After reading many posts on cars using similar gearboxes I decided it was a reasonably common 'design feature'.

Otherwise, was your Metro hit in the engine compartment, and you have a intermitent wiring, or connector problem. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

As you have a manual gearbox and are changing the gears yourself, from the article it seems you are the one who needs a good flush out of your worn valve body ??? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

Could anyone elaborate on the 'dreaded' 2011 hesitation problem?
I've got an SD4 2011 auto which hesitates on tickover now and again. It's got 108k miles on it and assumed this would just be a fuel filter issue. I've got one just not put it on yet, am I going to be looking at something else for this hesitation?
It only does it on idle and usually revs drop to 700 ish before returning to normal. It's never stalled and only does it now and again?

Cheers, MY11 SD4 HSE.
