Yeah get them from my dealer.

It says the DS is the second fastest selling LR, but it’s also the second most hated LR, with the D5 taking top spot Laughing

Interesting it talks about the Velar design but the two small photos are from the DS Laughing

I saw my first Velar today. I have to say the Velar and the Range Rover Sport are definitely the nicest looking cars LR make. The shape and proportions are spot on.

Just to add a bit of balance to my previous post, one of my friends I haven't seen for a couple of years turned up in a Discovery Sport. He has had it from new and it has been faultless bar the odd rattle. He loves it and is having another when the lease runs out.

My one never gave me any issues, I’ll give it that. It just wasn’t the car for me. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Recently drove the DS to Budapest and back. I must say it was a very pleasant experience and definitely a step up from the two FL2s I owned. The car felt more stable at Autobahn speeds and was a nice relaxing cruiser. Only complaint is the tiny fuel tank - stopping to refuel more often than the FL2.
Got thoroughly checked over by a policeman just inside the Austrian border. On the lookout for stolen luxury cars on their way to Eastern Europe, I think, although he didn't say so. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

Got to agree the DS is a stiffer ride than the FL2, which is better at speed.

The small tank is annoying, but the first time I took our FL2 off-road I did some nasty damage to the fuel tank and carrier, so would have appreciated the extra clearance that the smaller DS tank gives you.

If you are going to increase the ground clearance, without increasing the overall height then something has to shrink. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

God it must be small because I find the freelander s tank disappointing range after my discovery, less painful each fill though! Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I need to drive like a granny to get my Velar over the 400 miles. Usually it’s about 370. 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Despite the larger tank I got 400 miles at the most out of the FL2 normally 370, the DS is more like 330 before it starts to nag. Granted there is probably 70 miles left in the DS when it starts to nag, but I am susceptible to nagging. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
