This thread will be continually updated with compatible parts available from other manufacturers, either cheaper than available from Land Rover, or parts not available separately. As the vehicles get older, they don't get any cheaper to run. With the engine being a PSA unit, parts are available much cheaper by going to Citroen/Peugeot dealer, than Land Rover

If you know of any items that are interchangeable with other vehicles, post them up here and we can build up a good list.

Ford brake pads must be top of the list if anyone knows the numbers. Last time I bought genuine LR ones the box said LR but the pads said FoMoCo. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Is it right to say that the service kit for our FL2 2.2 DIesel is the same for Peugeot/CIreoen 2.2 HDI ? (Diesel filter, air filter and oil filter ?)
