I got the impression dealers could get down to a 7 figure code unlike your local garage etc so they could be quite precise |

Before leaving the dealer a chat with the parts section was your best option for the numbers as motor factors won’t stock parts that are slow movers. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I’d personally start with a fuel filter before moving onto anything else. Plus throwing parts at it is very expensive. You’d be better off paying a garage to diagnose is correctly for you, if you don’t have the means to do so yourself. |

I won't go into why i didn't go straight to the parts counter as YB suggested. End of the day i didn't. And anyway, they were off the mark and couldn't be arsed to work with an "old" car.

I have the same code and power reduction, but only when I'm not accelerating. It happens at speeds of approximately 60 Km / h (35mph) and without the foot in the throttle ...

If you're getting the same error code then maybe the sensor is working, Thats my thought anyway - not had his problem myself though. Jules |

Hi, I had exactly the same fault only about 4 weeks ago. RAC came basically dropped the fuel filter and refitted it fault cleared. I then dropped it into my local LR specialist and he diagnosed that the fuel flow through the filter was borderline so the filter was replaced for a genuine Land Rover one, no faults since. I would spend £40 and replace the fuel filter with a genuine one before going any further, plenty of how to guides on here for the DIY |

Bobbster, I had hoped the filter would solve. I set up a new filter a week ago and used a genuine land rover (here in Brazil they are the only cheap parts in the dealership), but the fault has been repeated three times ...
