For Sale is my trusty Freelander 2. It is a nicely specced HSE TD4 AUTO, 2009(09) plate, in Black Metallic Paint with Cream leather inside, and nice side-steps.

(I am only selling it as I am moving to a FFRR )

Mileage is 165,200. Reduced for quick sale, to £4,195 ono

Good things first:

It has a long MOT (to March 2019)
It drives very well and is reliable.
It has a full service history.
Economical to run.
Bodywork very good for age and mileage. Black metallic paint and alloy wheels.


Bad points:
SatNav and CD drive no longer work (but there is an AUX input for sound input anyway, and the radio works)
There was a tear on the side of the driver's seat cushion, which has been repaired. I will upload a pic of this too, for completeness.

It's been repaired solidly from behind with new cream leather, and structurally it is very sound now. However, I wasn't able to get as close a match as I'd have liked for the leather filler. But my priority was structural integrity.

I would add that I'd be grateful for any feedback as to whether I've set the price of the car right.

You need to add photos of it cleaned. I’d never consider buying any car where the owner appears to neglect even washing the car. What do the pictures say about the car? Would you want to buy it? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Fair point! I've got an hip injury at the moment, so haven't been able to physically manage it - but I think I'll get it valeted and then update the pics. Thanks for the advice!
