13MY sat nav screen touch failure / replacement

My sister's 13MY HSE has a failed touchscreen. Screen turns on as normal but does not respond to any touch input.

I can find various options on ebay for replacements, but not sure on exact compatibility as there seem to be numerous part number versions.

Have you tried it without the facia on?

If the facia is warped and touching the screen, or maybe food wedged in, this might result in the screen thinking it is permanently pressed.

There is a hidden menu screen which allows calibration of the touch screen, but I'm not sure if it can be accessed if the touch does not work at all.

Despite the suggestion in the eBay advert, there is quite a bit of variation in the hardware and software for the screen between 10my and 15my, might be worth checking your existing part number.
