OK. I'm going to have one last stab at this before I slit my wrists.

Using iPhone SE

My MY13 Dynamic recognises the phone as a phone. Clear on home screen & usage.

When I go to try and stream bluetooth the menu says " searching for previously connected devices" >
Please connect device >
Change device menu clearly shows my phone with "green ticK" >
If I choose my phone as source I get the message "audio connecting device failed" and red cross >
If I delete my phone and do the search again (via the audio streaming menu), it finds my phone (4 digit code) and pairs >
VERY BRIEFLY I get device paired + green tick then, in an instant, it changes to "audio connecting device failed"!

I am now convinced it must be a slight software change on the SE because the 5s worked (as, if I recall, did the 4s).

An unsolvable problem, methinks!

Mine is exactly the same Rangerider and its always been that way, this why I use an iPod plugged in. Even on my phone the Bluetooth setting to the car it's the media audio switch which is off and will not turn on and yes it works fine Bluetoothng to other devices. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

I also have iPod plugged in but.... not being able to stream means no Apple Music/Spotify!

Shame.

I have the 825W Meridian System as well and an iPhone SE. Never been able to bluetooth stream music until a few weeks ago then suddenly the option appeared. It was great whilst it lasted but a few days ago the bluetooth streaming ability disappeared as mysteriously as it arrived! I've tried most of the advice below and similarly not succeeded. My system just tells me to enable bluetooth music streaming in settings but the settings do not have this option. As with other contributors, my iPhone pairs just fine as a phone only. At least I'm not alone! gj100

Same situation as gj100. Iphone7+, Samsung A8 and S4, Honor 6x, they all perfectly pair as phone, but none of them allows music streaming.. Still searching the "settings" menu. Such a pity...

There's an irony in the track he's playing 'With or without you'. Clearly Shamus is with, everyone else, without Wink

I know.Smile

I’ll s funny how some songs bring back memories. I remember playing it through the intercom system in our warrior IFV just as we drove through the “breach” at the start of the ground war during OP Granby or Gulf war 1 as it seems to be called these days.

At least my Bluetooth streaming works now. Smile

I have similar issue, was working fine with FL2 Dynamic 2013 and Iphone SE for more than a year, but not anymore. A others, the phone connects and handsfree calls works fine, but the button "My music" does nothing, same as the left hand centre button on the steering wheel that used to switch between sources.
This must be solvable Bow down

It is not possible to stream music via Bluetooth to a 11 plate model with a standard radio.

I solved it by buying this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Kinivo-BTC455-B...SwnL9bVKoo. I first had a cheaper model (Aukey) which made music sound really bad and it would disconnect, so I sent it back. The Kinovo is really good, no connection issues and music sounds really good.

I think I've finally solved this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (For myself anyway!)

After months of searching the internet I came across a post which showed a screen shot of the SatNav screen which said (more or less) "When Apple iPod/dveice is connected via USB Bluetooth Audio will be disconnected"!!!!!!!!

So............... just been out to my car. Unplugged iPod.Bluetooth audio via iPhone SE connected and played instantly!

As soon as i plugged the iPod back in to the USB port......................... Bluetooth Audio disconnected!!!

Simple!

I was baffled for months.
