Mmm public transport

Tried park and ride once in Cambridge - wouldn't let us on the bus with a 2kg miniature Yorkshire Terrier in a carry basket - no dogs allowed, so I paid over £30 to drive into the centre and park the car.

The last two buses I tried to catch in Manchester didn't turn up due to driver shortages - £60+ each time for a taxi home.

I live in a town with 40-50,000 souls and no train service, the option is cars, taxis, unreliable buses or walk.

..... or flying carpet!

I have seen one of these locally a few times & they seem to work well! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Will watch out for that Martyn...I was joking really but of course there's always someone daft enough to actually attempt it!!
Last time I was up Lee Lane it was on the bike for the 'challenge' but it's a bit too challenging for my liking . Almost needed an ambulance at the top Rolling with laughter
