non start after fuse removed for recall

i am on my 2nd fl2 after my first was bought back by landrover in Jan 08, after 3 fail to starts and LR claiming no faults I did get my fl2 replaced! well 12 months down the line and having the smug face after receiving my recall re the fan and had my fuse removed, I go out this morning and the new one has the same problem!!! no start and message reading HDC error transmission failure, i have not had the fan replaced only just received letter from the dealer saying to call to get work done, now waiting for LR assistance Big Cry any one else had this problem?

UPDATE>............Well good news i think...........LR assistance have been and think that my blackberry is staying connected after i have shut down the car. They think that when i last used my car i was on the phone, I turned off the car (leaving my keys in) finished my call then removed my keys, i should from now on finish the call then turn off the car removing the keys and check that the display on the radio and the sat nav goes off, apparently this is a frequent problem as not all phones are fully compatible with the lr2 the tech guy who visited had seen this many many times so happy days i am off to give my trusty lr2 a nice long run Thumbs Up

I've had two failed starts with trip reset since having the new PTC heater fitted Evil or Very Mad Can't be bothered with the dealer, it gets handed back in 18 months time. ______________________
