Hardware to access CCF files

Hi,
I did post in this section, but thought it may be in the wrong place.
Apologies if it was.

Can anyone tell me which hardware is best for reading and editing the CCF files please?
Thanks
Eric

Best, as you say/want, and easiest to use, in my opinion, is GAP IIDTool.
A good, all in one, choice.

All CCF files or all CCF options?
Meaning all options for a specific car or all options for all cars?

Hmmmmm,
Good question .

I have option of using an existing tool as a pass through driver for proper software.

This of course would enable me to use it on other cars.
