Help needed - Freelander Recovery Eyes? A07LA 17K752 17F794

Hi

Wondering whether anyone can shed any light on these which are purported to be Freelander Recovery Eyes. Note sure whether these are FL1 and have found no mention of such beasties for FL2 which is why I come to have an interest in them Shocked

Any info gratefully received Bow down

Spot-on!

Many thanks Thumbs Up These do indeed appear to be rear Discovery Sport Towing Eyes fitted when a tow bar isn't. LR Part Nos appear to be: Eye LR058589 and Bracket LR088268

Found these on a well-known site following your suggestion Bow down

That begs the question what do you use as a recovery point if the tow bar is fitted?

Not quite as daft as it sounds, Fixed tow bar is easy - big piece of metal with a ball on the end, deployable tow bar and a disabled car = noting sticking out at the back.

And yes I know this is the FL forum, just wondering that's all Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

Hi,
The newly fitted tow bar has threads build in exactly the same location but using a shorter towing eye bar in the kit, nope this makes sense lol Very Happy
