Well a weekend of claying and sealing the paint (until end of march when i have a week off work to machine polish) and the FL is looking

Painted calipers with Hammerite smooth silver, sprayed rusting metal parts with Hammerite smooth black then fitted mudflaps before sealing alloys with Jetseal (inc backs)

Still debating on sidesteps (as fitted to my last FL2), stainless tubes (as fitted to my 2nd FL1) or powdercoated gloss black tubes to continue the white/ black theme |

Go for the Black Tubes ......... they look so much better. They don't serve much protection. Then when they rust .......... you can Hammerite them

Whichever you fit, id hammerite all the steel brackets and stuff after fitting. |
