Would that not go to the radiator when its back in the car? If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

I believe that’s the intercooler pipe that connects to the throttle body assembly MY06 FL1 TD4 2 door red (gone)

Yes, there will always be some oil in that hose and its not uncommon to have a light film of oil on the hose or a drip or two from the hose clips. |

Also if you look just left of that hose you will see the oil filter housing & it’s not uncommon for the inter cooler hose to get covered in oil when a oil filter change is carried out. |

Make sure you position the jubilee clip screw at the highest point on the hose as it sometimes puckers up at the screw position allowing oil that is settles in the hose to drip out even when tight. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
