They are inhibited when you put your turning indicators on, this though being only the side that is going to flash. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

I think they can be enabled/disabled on the CCF, so if a previous owner didn’t like them or a garage was playing around with the settings, they could be switched off? 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

There is multiple settings for the DRL behaviour within the Ccf. Remember they only come on when you select a gear or on wake up sequence. MY15

By wake up sequence do you mean just ignition on or wake up as it when the car is unlocked?

On “wake up sequence” when you unlock the car, both signature and drl’s activate with the drl’s deactivating after about 5 seconds.
