Wales 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Firenze Red

Apologises for jumping in on this but after searching for dash cam fault and not finding the answer could a bad earth be causing my issues?
Just put PowerMagic back in car Red to F1 and Yellow to F21 same as last time but dash cam is not getting constant power now and is saying low battery but when I start car dash cam kicks in. Confused

My question is could this be bad earth or has anyone seen this before?

checked all fuses .ok.
PowerMagic on and set to 12v and infinity.

If your cam has been sat around it will be dead flat. Firstly connect it up to your computer for a few hours to re-charge and then re-try. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
