Presumably the two cables laid up the steps are a safety wire? They seem to move as he drives over them and in some shots appear closer together behind the car than in front, so I guess they go through an emergency locking device under the car? Doesn’t detract from the achievement, it’s a long way back down! 2005 D3 2.7 Auto
