Anyone used Harris Mayes at Rickmansworth?

I used E H Douglas for the last major service. They were much more thorough (and cheaper) than the LR dealer, so very pleased. The only problem, which I discovered when I did the next service myself, was that they had over-torqued the engine undershield bolts and, more worryingly, the sump drain plug - it felt like about 100Nm instead of the recommended 20Nm!
