I went to my local dealer, who changed his record to show my latest FL2. However he said that as the 1&2 sevices were only showing on 'selling dealer's' database I would have to ask them to update the Online Servive Record. I emailed the 'selling dealer' yesterday evening and have had a reply this morning from their service manager saying my missing services have been added to the official TOPIX record and should show in next 24 hours. Moral of story -- Check your Online Service History now, and make sure you check it or update after every service (and I think repair). FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011) FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015) Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History (Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?) |

I have logged on and can see the service history but cannot update non JLR dealer services, it appears that has to be done by the independent.

Yes unfortunately JLR have changed the system so that DIYers cannot update the OSH - you have to create your own service log. I use a spreadsheet and photo all the work I do, plus keep the receipts. Jules |
