Alex,

I had the same a while back and it wasn’t available. I used a tie wrap with no issues!

I wouldn't trust tie wraps in an accident.

I found that the bottom brackets are only any use if you want the dog guard up and the seats folded down. With the seats up there was nowhere the guard can go in the event of an accident as the seats are in the way and it’s held by the other brackets.

Not exactly a steel bolt though is it ? I have a German Shepard who weighs about 8 stone the thought of hitting something at 30 mph and the force of him going foreword ?

as has been said.. the brackets are not available anywhere on their own (unless you score lucky and someone on here has a set sitting in their garage) and they are only needed if you intend to drive with the back seats down and the guard in place.

with the back seats upright the guard sits firm in place and your German Shepherd is definitely going nowhere.

Hi Alex,

Are you still looking for those brackets?

I just joined the FL2 club after having two FL1's. I have just taken those brackets you were after out of the car,
as I don't have the dog guard and wont use them.

Cheers Nick
