Wash wipe

I have a Freelander 2 2012 facelift model.

When I use front wash, the wipers wipe three times (fine), then there is a pause and then a fourth wipe a few seconds later (often not so fine).

Does anyone know if it is possible to stop the fourth wipe?

Thanks.

Its in the programming of the Control Unit ...... the final wipe can NOT be removed.

The first three wipes cleans the screen, the fourth and final wipe removes excess water.

.

Thanks for that. I thought as much, but worth a try.

The "drip wipe" is configurable within the CCF and can be switched off/disabled. MY15

Change "Drip Wipe" from "Enabled" to "Disabled" and it won't do the delayed wipe.
