Sat nav, radio,cd,parking sensors problem

Help required please
Had a electric crackling noise I think from the dash area , the sat nav is not loading land rover badge flashing , radio ,cd not working ,parking sensors and phone dead.
I took the sat nav fuse out ( in boot space ) refit and sat nav cd ,radio all work for 2mins ,then fail again.
I plugged texa reader in and its saying most ring complete no communication and antenna control status high .

Thought I would bite the bullet so I took it to the main dealer for diagnosis £108 .
Apparently sat nav screen is faulty ,they could order one for £3000 +fitting . Yes that's what I thought.
So what is the solution ? Is their any after market one that will fit in and do the business and be compatible with LR?
Help appreciated.

Have you considered trying "car & vehicle dismantlers" (previously known as a scrappy!). Will most likely sell you all you want for less than £150. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

I took out the sat nav and took it along with the car to a car electronics place in Bury. The guy was really helpful and said the processor was faulty and nothing can be done with it.
So I'm searching the breakers at the moment .

It was the hard drive unit under the driver's seat. Managed to get one from a land Rover breakers for £200. Been fine ever since.

Thank you very much for the reply.
Just confirming this is the satnav DVD player under the seat you changed?
Was it just a straight swap?
I hope it’s just that on mine lol

The receptionist in Williams Manchester gave me the wrong diagnoses , he told me it was the sat nav in the dash . After finding one and fitting it made no difference .Took it somewhere else and was told its the dvd player. managed to get one actually I think it was £100 fitted it and worked straight away. Yes its plug and play.
