Key Fob

Hi, I’m looking to replace a my spare key fob for my 2009 Freelander due to previous owner doing botch job on soldering a new battery into it rendering it defunct, possibly circuit board ruined. What Can I do to get a new one and any idea of cost?

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Zermatt Silver

There’s a seperatec post running earlier this week Pat . One of the guys found an ebay source in Doncaster for £ 130 ( I think it was Archie who replied above ) . There are a number of repair services on eBay for around £30 quid for new case, battery and new buttons on the circuit board I don’t know if they could save your PCB but it’s worth contacting one to ask. I’d start looking on eBay .

On the plus side you’ll get a good exchange rate if you order over this side of the water Rolling with laughter 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership
