Can anyone confirm that the rear spoiler is robust enough to withstand the typical car wash assault?

Only in dire circumstances, like freezing conditions and filthy car (more farm mud than road surface in many areas!)
No hand(wash) jobs available out in the sticks where I exist.
DIY is the normal method, but car gets used more than pampered. Car cleaning way down the priority list now, unlike earlier days ![]() |

I have to change that!! Thought it was a good idea at the time, thought it would scare off potential theives if they had to swim 12000 miles ![]() |

If you have twin chrome exhaust trims then it would be worth it, I recently 'found' one in Kent and flogged it on ebay for a pretty penny At work |

Being somewhat off topic already I thought I'd chuck this in for good measure...

I'm not sure of the part number but it should be available in the accessories brochure which is freely available from the Landrover website TD4, HSE, Santorini Black, SS side protection tubes, clear side repeaters, chrome wing mirror covers |
