Had mine sprayed and fitted a few weeks ago by the paint shop that does LR work locally. Cost £110 for spray and fitting and very pleased with the result.

I now have a spare, un-primed spoiler if anyone is interested. It is in brand new condition, complete with original box; it has the 3m surface cleaner, etc. but not the original brackets and bolts. I've had some brackets made up and have the correct diameter bolts but could not guarantee that you might not be better getting a set of original brackets from a LR source. PM me if you are interested - pick up would be Manchester.

Got and fitted mine, dead easy, just need to make sure it's lined up. Total cost £270.

Infamous 3M pads (with the cover on), the adhesive comes as a small, sponge pad. Be warned, the adhesive can get everywhere, but wait till it dries and polish it off:

Can anyone confirm that the rear spoiler is robust enough to withstand the typical car wash assault?
The OE spoiler on my car doesn't feel that solid a fixture for the amount it projects out from the bodyline and seems like it could get a fairly firm brushing by the car wash, depending the sensor setup.

When I asked a dealer rep this question his reply was "I wouldn't risk it"

I got mine from the dealer for £95 + VAT then I bought 1/2 litre of stornaway paint from the local auto centre for £35 and got charged £30 for labour to paint it. That included their laquer.

DIY is the normal method, but car gets used more than pampered. Car cleaning way down the priority list now, unlike earlier days

Leave it dirty till you can do it then at the end of the day its a Land Rover

Bit different out of towns, but there is a garage that has a jet wash with heated water near me, makes the job a little warmer, I use it just to give it a jetwash down, but don't use the brush as the last thing most people use it on is their wheel and then the next sucker rubs grit all over the paint work

Great to use if you've been off road, saves jetting the driveway down

If you have twin chrome exhaust trims then it would be worth it, I recently 'found' one in Kent and flogged it on ebay for a pretty penny At work

Being somewhat off topic already I thought I'd chuck this in for good measure...

Does anyone have the part number for the spoiler so that I can ring the dealership for a quote...?
BTW, what is the name of the orange colour? (see pic in top right hand corner)

I'm not sure of the part number but it should be available in the accessories brochure which is freely available from the Landrover website TD4, HSE, Santorini Black, SS side protection tubes, clear side repeaters, chrome wing mirror covers
